How do I make a payment online?

Before you start, you will need the following information can be found in your coupon book
- Bill Pay Number
- Serial Number
- Unit Number
What does it cost to make a payment online?

All debit cards issued by a U.S. financial institution will incur a flat $4.95 convenience fee.

All credit cards will incur a convenience fee of 2.95% of the payment transaction amount.
When is my payment due?

Assessments are due on the 1st day of each month. Payments not received within 10 days of the due date accrue at 15% per annum from the date due until paid and shall be subject to a late fee of $25.00 for each delinquent assessment

Assessment payments that are thirty (30) days delinquent shall be forwarded to the Association's legal counsel for collections commencing with an "intent to Lien" letter to the Unit Owner(s)

Who do I make my payment out to?

Make payments payable to the community association, The Villas Condominiums Association Inc. would be the payee.

Do you have any rentals available?

All units in The Villas Condos is privately-owned by homeowners and therefore we do not manage any listings of any available units. You may contact a local Real Estate Professional to assist you with your rental needs.
How do I request an Estoppel?

Estoppel requests are made online through www.communitydocsnow.com

How do I pay my HOA dues online?

You may pay for your HOA Fees online. The Villas Condos is managed by Professional Bayway Management who provides this service to residents. All owners will receive a coupon book that provides specific detailed information with various options to pay your HOA Fees online.
