Gate Access

Any resident requesting a Parking permit and a Gate Access RFID Sticker for their vehicle are required to either be a homeowner or on a lease with a copy of the lease on file with the association office.

 

The RFID stickers provide auto gate entry when read on your vehicle. These RFID and parking decal stickers are available at the Clubhouse Office for onetime fee of $75.00 together (check or money order only). Resident just need an application form and copy of the vehicle registration on file. In addition, If you would like to access the pool/Gym and the walkway gate, you need to purchase a FOB for Onetime Fee of $75. Any new tenant must register for the gate and pay for a new Transponder/FOB.
