The Villas Condominium Association IS NOT a leasing office. The association DOES NOT permit any AirBnB type of leasing nor any subleasing or parts of a unit. All units require a minimum of a 6 month lease with the owner and/or licensed property manager on behalf of the unit owner. Be aware of possible scams through social media. If you should have any questions or wish to report any possible scams, please contact the Community Manager.
All prospective purchasers, guests and tenants in any of our units are required to complete the Application link on this page.
We are currently looking to establish a standing committee of volunteers to work together to enforce fining and violations within the community. They will be appointed by the board to serve on the fining committee. Please contact the management office at firstname.lastname@example.org if you would be interested in being a part of this committee.
