Sp Assessment (onetime payment) or it can be divided into 3 equal installments without penalty.
special assessment must start before Feb 10, 2025, or equal installment completed
if your assessment is $425, then you can pay it as one time pay along with your HOA monthly
or you can divide the payment by 3 payments for three months
Example
$425/3 months = $141.67. Your payment could be either cash (Full Payment) or pay as follow without penalty: 
- Feb 10 or before payment = $141.67
    - March 10 or before payment = $141.67
  - April 10 or before payment = $141.66
Your special assessment will be completed.

The Villas Condominium Association IS NOT a leasing office. The association DOES NOT permit any AirBnB type of leasing nor any subleasing or parts of a unit. All units require a minimum of a 6 month lease with the owner and/or licensed property manager on behalf of the unit owner.
