On February 10, 2022, The Board of Directors passed a special assessment in the amount of $40,000 to cover the operating shortfall for the 2022 insurance premium.

This is a ONE TIME payment
 
The assessment will be due March 31, 2022 and will be based on the percentages as listed in the Association’s Governing Documents.
