Halloween:            October 1st – November 3rd
Thanksgiving:        November 1st – November 30th
Hannukah/Christmas:        November 28th – January 5th
‘Tis the season for Condominium decorations. This time of year brings out some great displays of our seasonal favorites, whether it’s the fall theme for Thanksgiving, the spooky characters that come out for Halloween or Hannukah and Christmas celebrated in December.
The Villas Condominiums enjoys seeing the community come to life with holiday decorations and we want to encourage everyone to take part in this annual tradition, while also remembering some guidelines.
If you are planning to put up seasonal decorations, please remember they should be respectful and tasteful. Decorations, such as lights are permitted on patios, balconies and front doors/porches, provided they do not cause damage to the exterior of the unit. Inflatables should be limited to 4’ tall and not obstruct a neighbor’s view or be attached to the common elements. Special consideration should be made to ensure that these decorations do not cause a nuisance (such as having bright or flashing lights that shine directly into a neighbor’s condo or have loud music playing, etc.).
As we are a gated community, we want to encourage all our residents and their young goblins and ghouls to find another safe community around our area to participate in trick-or-treating. The gates will not be opened during this time to permit trick-or-treating.
